IT IS:
The partial eclipse of the sun shining through the leaves overhead onto a rusty propane tank (color enhanced). During an eclipse, you can see hundreds of crescent-shaped sunbeams beneath a leafy tree. Tiny gaps in the leaf canopy create thousands of natural pinhole cameras, each one projecting an image of the crescent sun.
